Important Dates
• April 30 - Kindergarten Registration Packets due.
• May 15-Kindergarten Kickoff 4:15 Registration
• September 1, 2020 - First Day of School for 1st-12th grades.
• September 1-3, 2020 – WaKIDS Family Connection Conferences!
• September 4, 2019 – First Day of School for all Kindergarteners! Kindergarten Kickoff Assembly!
• Packets that are not complete will not be accepted.
Please, review the checklist on the first sheet of the registration packet!
• Completed registration packets include:
-New Student Registration Form (front and back)
-Proof of Residency (a driver’s license or bill or rental agreement with your name and address)
-Ethnicity and Race Data Collection Form
-Copy of Legal State Birth Certificate or Passport (hospital birth documents are not legal birth certificates)
-Certificate of Immunization Status Card with all required shots or Proof of Future Scheduled Appointment
-Kindergarten Parent Input Questionnaire – gives us information about your child (not teacher preference)
