FCAT Prep, 6th Grade Language Arts

6th grade: Teachers will prepare FCAT Review Centers based on SBLAP 4 in-depth lessons on the FCAT Content Focus NGSSS and share them with one another.

Smith (Intern) - Vocabulary, specifically analyzing word/phrases; Word Relationships

Hernandez- Reading Application, specifically Conclusions/Inferences: Main idea; relevant details;

McEvoy- Literary Analysis, specifically character development, character point of view; conflict; plot development; setting; theme

Chute- Informational Text/Research Process, specifically text features.
