Consumer Confidence in Australia in the week ending November 23, 2014 reached 114.3 points. Consumer Confidence appears to be
gradually trending upwards, and household spending is expected to increase as the Christmas season approaches.

Domestic Travel through Perth Airport
The number of passengers travelling on intrastate flights in and out of Perth Airport in October 2014 was (+) 4.7% greater
than the same month last year, while the number of passengers travelling on interstate flights in October 2014 was
consistent with October 2013 (+0.3%).
Year to date (YTD) PAX for the intrastate market is just above the same time period last year (+1.9%) while the reverse
applies for interstate YTD PAX (-1.1%).

International arrivals into Perth continue to grow. The number of foreign national arrivals into Perth Airport in October 2014
was significantly greater than October 2013 (+7.7%).
Both foreign national arrivals and PAX (inbound and outbound movements) show strong growth for the YTD (+7.3% and
+8.0% respectively).

Arrivals from WA’s top long haul Asian market, China, continue to grow, with significant growth of (+) 12.4% in October 2014
compared to October 2013.
Arrivals from Japan and Korea both grew in October 2014 compared to October 2013 (+5.5% and +7.3% respectively).
Each of the three long haul Asian markets mentioned show strong YTD growth in arrivals, compared to the same time period
last year.

UK arrivals into Perth Airport declined in October 2014 compared to the same month last year (-4.3%), and the market is
showing negative growth fro the YTD of (-) 1.2%.
Arrivals into Perth Airport from Germany increased significantly (+17.1%) in October 2014 compared to the same month last
year, while arrivals from the USA also grew – although not as strongly (+3.5%). Both of these long haul markets show strong
YTD growth.

New Zealand arrivals into Perth in October 2014 were a moderate (+) 2.4% greater than the same month last year.
Arrivals from the key short haul Asian markets – Malaysia and Singapore – grew significantly in October 2014 compared to
October 2013, increasing (+) 26.7% and (+) 30.6% respectively.
Each of the key short haul markets show strong YTD growth in arrivals.

Total PAX for the Germany market increased significantly in October 2014 compared to October 2013, with (+) 15.1% more
PAX. This market is showing strong YTD growth of (+) 8.8%.
PAX for the USA market also grew significantly in October 2014 (+9.0%) and is showing growth of (+) 5.5% for the YTD.
Meanwhile, PAX for the UK market declined in October 2014 compared to the same month last year (-3.2%) and is showing
YTD PAX consistent with the same time period last year (-0.1%).

compared to October 2013, with growth of (+) 32.9% and (+) 29.5% respectively.
New Zealand saw slight growth in PAX of (+) 3.1%.

WA vs. Australia - Foreign National Arrivals (Monthly Data - % Change September 2013 to September 2014)
The number of foreign national arrivals to WA in September 2014 compared to September 2013 was up (+) 7%, just ahead
of the national result of (+) 6%.
WA significantly outperformed the national average in percentage growth from Singapore and Germany, although WA saw a
decline in arrivals from UK and USA while nationally arrivals from these key markets increased.

Growth in foreign national arrivals to WA for YTD September 2014 is just behind the national average (7% growth for WA,
9% growth for Australia).
WA is significantly outperforming Australia in growth from Singapore, New Zealand, and Korea, but is behind the national
average of growth from China, Malaysia, Germany, and the USA.

The occupancy rate in October 2014 in Perth CBD was 91.5%, (+) 1.8% greater than the same month the year prior.
Average occupancy in Perth CBD for the YTD is 1.1% greater than the same time period last year.

From October 2013 to October 2014, the ADR of Perth CBD hotels declined by (-) 1.5% to $214.37 (down from $217.73).
RevPar remained relatively stable.
Both ADR and RevPAR are showing negative YTD growth of (-) 4.9% and (-) 3.9% respectively.
