LCLLC was the lowest bid by $ 30,000.on 23 NOV 2009 SSgt Read acknowledge the bid. Where did our bid go SSgt Read. What was the motivation to deny the U.S. Government the lowest bid. Not one but 2 bids were thrown out. The other contractor was told only one of two emails came through. SSgt Read never did his due diligence to find the bid.
