Our size, together with our traditional principles – we manufacture our products at our Denmark factory – make it easy for us to provide this bespoke service. These colours aren’t chosen at random. Legendary VOLA: the mixer tapIn the late 1960s, VOLA owner Verner Overgaard had an idea for a revolutionary new product: a wall-mounted mixer tap whose mechanical parts were hidden from view. He chose leading Danish architect Arne Jacobsen to design it. The rest is history.
The result was one of the most iconic pieces of modernist design ever produced. One that was selected for the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York back in 1974. One that is so classic and enduring in its appeal that it is still as sought after today. As with our products we offer easily accessible after sales service and support from our professionals – each of whom has been trained at our dedicated VOLA Academy or by our local representative.
