“I enrolled in the MAT program at UCA after a 20-year career in the business world.
I had always wanted to work with kids. I really enjoyed working in state
government, telecommunications, and owning my own companies, but I really
wanted to make a difference in kids’ lives. UCA is giving me the tools to be successful in my classroom right away. I have really enjoyed all of my professors, and I utilize
information I have learned in my classes every day.”

I came to UCA as an undergraduatestudent with a strong interest in
computers and technology. As a Management Information
Systems major, I received a well-rounded education, acquiring
many technical computer skills, as well as important knowledge to assist me in the
business world. I have returned seeking a Master’s degree in Instructional
Technology, and I am excited to see where this next learning experience will
take me, as UCA continues to put my education front and center.

“Through my degree from UCA’s College of Education School Leadership,
Management, and Administration program, I hope to one day be a building-level administrator in the Conway School District.
The classes are a great combination of theory and practical experience.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and work with students on a
personal level. I have learned a great deal during my program, and I
feel that I will be well prepared to take on an administrative role in my district.”
