Knightsbridge Property Services were successfully awarded a project to undertake animportant job for one of it largest retail customers. The works consistent of fixing andstabilising internal fit out rafts across a number of floors within the Oxford Street flagshipstore.

The team from Knightsbridge Property Services liaised heavily with the on site Arcadia team to pre-programme the worksin. All the client requests were met, with a heavy focus on not affecting the general operations of the store. The structuralreport was followed to in details, with reporting provided by the team detailing indexed fixing locations and materialsused. All works were successfully signed off by the structural engineers and client team.
