The city is also remembered in history with the name of Saint Paul.

ADANAThe city's name originates from mythology. Adana was founded by Adanus, the son of Cronus (God of Weather, Zeus’ father).

With a history dating back to 6000 BC, Adana is one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia and is the fourth largest city in Turkey.
