There once was a donkey eating an apple he took from an apple tree.

The donkey was very close to the forest, and a nearby wolf saw the donkey.

The donkey saw the wolf and came up with a smart plan! His plan is that he would pretend to have a splinter in his hoof, and when the wolf came up, the donkey would bonk her on the nose!

What a very smart idea!

As the wolf came closer, she thought of getting dinner, but the donkey had a trick up his sleeve.

Ouch!

OW!

ooooo…

What’s

Wrong?

The wolf, not being as smart as the donkey, helped pull the splinter out of the donkey’s hoof. Then…

Could you help me pull this splinter out of my hoof? I will give you something nice if you do.

BONK!

OW!

The donkey ran away while the wolf was hurt on her nose.

That donkey’s a MEANIE! I am nottrusting anyone Ithink will be mydinner EVER

AGAIN!!!

Moral of the story; don’t trust a person you don’t know.
