There once was a donkey eating an apple he took from an apple tree.

The donkey was very close to the forest, and a nearby wolf saw the donkey.

The donkey saw the wolf and came up with a smart plan! His plan is that he would pretend to have a splinter in his hoof, and when the wolf came up, the donkey would bonk her on the nose!

What a very smart idea!

As the wolf came closer, she thought of getting dinner, but the donkey had a trick up his sleeve.
