INTRODUCTION
Firstly, Congratulations to our 75 PIP participants who have been accepted onto the programme.
KZN Provincial Department of Public Works has indeed taken a very big step in contributing to the Property Transformation Charter.
It has been a long, but worth it journey, from the first time the concept was shared on our very first Women in Property Summit we held in 2007, in Ladysmith.
The Policy document was approved last year(2008) November, the implementation is happening in 2009/10 financial year.
The PIP aims at addressing scarce skills among African people and high levels of unemployment within the property sector.
