• 2 general means of theft – before Meter and at Meter

• Generally prosecuted as a misdemeanor

Any person who willfully violates paragraph (2)(a), paragraph (2)(b), or paragraph (2)(c) commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
