POWERS & FUNCTIONS OF THE BOARDSection-8 of EOB Act 1976 provides

• To approve the budget estimates, theaudited accounts and the annual report ofthe institution for submission to the FederalGovernment in accordance with theprovisions of this Act;

• To call for any information or direct any researchto be made for the furtherance of the objects ofthe Act;

Review of Decision› The Institution may subject to
