Batangas Account Base more than doubled

BATANGAS, INDEED, NOW HAS PROFILE…

2012 to 2013 (from 24 to 62)

Account base has again increased

Exporters/Importers are now asking “what is your schedule?”,

as opposed to what Batangas can offer , and what are its advantages;

to 90 in 2014 (first quarter)

Gradually, Carrier Network is being established...

- MCC’s IA4 Service - SIN/BATANGAS/MNL/HKG/YantianKao/ Ningbo/Shanghai/Busan/Kwangyang/Vostochny/Busan/Kwangyang/Shanghai/Xiamen/Yantian/HKG/TG Pelapas/Sin/JKT/SRB/JKT/TG Pelapas/Singapore

- MCC’s PH4 Service (for Imports) – Yantian / HKG/ BATANGAS/ Gen San/CDO/ Shanghai/ Ningbo/Busan//Vladivostok/Busan/Osaka/Hakata

- APL’S NMX Service – KAO / SUBIC/ BATANGAS/ MNN/MNS/KAO (delayed, however – supposedly June 19, but likely July)

- WE hope to get additional services by July .

1. Engage each Industrial Parks in forums – imperative that logistics team of locators are present - and the “decision makers”;

2. CONTINUE TO PURSUE THE JAPANESE ACCOUNTS .Stress / best explain that MCC’s PH4 at the moment is the next best thing to a direct-Japan service; transit –time has been drastically reduced

3. Stress the need to support new entrants as well; as only through that can we fast attain “carrier network”;

4. Continue dialogues/ discussions with major trade associations (SEIPI; PHILEA ; PISFA; etc)

2. Principal-level engagements with Foreign Shipping Lines to continue;

3. Continue offering incentives (both to Carriers / Locators) until BCT hitshigher volumes / utilization level
