Place It’s what makes a place unique.

May include (but is not limited to the following): Man-made features like the Statue of LibertyPhysical features -- BeachesPeople & traditions

Movement How People, Things, and Ideas move

Transportation – Do they use trains, planes or automobiles?

Exports/Imports that move in and out of the place you are studying.

Ideas that started in that place or are currently being used – For example, Greek Mythology.

Regions

Identity of an area Regions can be:

Closure and ExtensionTask: On one regular sized sheet of blank paper, create a small collage of the 5 Themes of Geography.

Expectations:

1.) You may ONLY use QUALITY drawings or pictures cut out from newspapers or magazines (NO printed pictures from the internet).

2.) Each section should be labeled and have at least 3 pictures (examples) of the theme.

3.) This will be turned in at the start of next class.

**Worth 15 points - 1 point per example.
