Following motion made by Charles Varvayanis and Seconded by Bill Ordwein:
Send a proxy to the membership for approval of a total 2011/2012 assessment of $95~i. If approved, vote is to accept an assessment of $953, and an additional billing for $123 will be sent out for each lot. If not, assessment will remain at $B30. Vote: 5 Yes and 4 No.

is a vacant lot. -We pay the same assessment on both lots which we think is unreasonable. We do not have water, garbage, traffic. nor any activity on the vacant lot. Therefore, we see no reason why the assessment should be the same on both lots. If anything, the assessment on the vacant lot should be much less. Any consideration would certainly be appreciated.

This budget is setting both Boards up for failure. The increased cost of needle removal and tree remova~ will be higher than ever due to last years heavy winter. There will also be the increased cost of the new homeowners Board, their insurance, and other costs of running this Board. Based on the last year there will also be legal costs that will need to be paid. Water system and road maintenance costs. The motion at the annual meeting was that the homeowners board and homeowners would create a committee for the new budget, was this done? It makes no sense to make a budget that is less than last year with all these additional expenses.
Comments on Budget and Assessment Proxy Statement
We do not object to a raise in the yearly assessment per se but rather to the proposed allocation of funds in the revised OFSHA budget.
At this time the interpretation of structure and governance of the OFSHA Board appears to be exceeding its purpose and app(,~ars to be usurping the responsibilities and judgment of the OFSRA Board.
RE: July 9, 2011 OFSHA Newsletter
Finance: items #4 & 5 Requesting itemized bills from OFSRA board on a monthly basic to be
reviewed, approved and then funds released to OFSRA. This is unwieldy. All money from assessments should be made directly available to the OFSRA board for efficient operation of the park. Bills need to be paid in a timely manner. We object to the 7/11/11 disbursement of funds characterized as a "good faith" payment.
Communications: Extra cost to provide newsletters for each Board is unnecessary.
Newletter should be a combination of both Board's activities.
Ethics platform: What/whose ethics are being challenged? Why?
Lot inspection: When lots were inspected the last time by volunteers the results were
overzealous and m,any mistakes were made in assessing the possible hazards. Private property should not be entered without the homeowner's approval
