1. I can do the task/job in a pressure2. I can do many tasks in one time3. I have good sense in music4. I have good ability in english (letter/text and speaking)5. I can manage people in a group

Weakness

1. Difficult to manage the time2. Difficult to decide something

Opportunities

1. My job will be maximal if I get support from other people that have a same purpose with me

2. My english ability will be used maximal if I have a good conversation with foreigner

3. By joining the organization I will be able to improve my soft skill

Threats

1. My job won’t be maximal if I don’t get the support from other people2. My soft skill won’t be improved if I don’t enter the organization
