Strategic goal of WP3: Strengthening the innovation, technology transfer capacity and interdisciplinary skills of FMI staff, and FMI collaboration with partners outside the academic community

Activities to meet objectivesActivities to meet objectives
• providing guidance to PhD students and young researchers by experienced researchers from Bulgaria and EU partners for deepening their knowledge and advancing their studies on selected research issues
• providing training to PhD students, Post Docs and senior researchers for building interdisciplinary skills, for implementing research projects and communicating research results
• ensuring exchange of knowledge and experience with other Bulgarian and EU researchers through two-ways mobility, joint research workshops and participation at conferences
• improving the technology environment and the access to knowledge for FMI research, and PhD students in particular
• introducing new interdisciplinary courses at undergraduate, graduated and postgraduate levels
