(HiNZ) is a not-for-profit
organisation that supports the field
of digital health. Our mission is to
link a diverse group of professionals
across the health and IT sectors.
WHO IS HINZ?

HiNZ has run its annual conference for 18
years and it is New Zealand’s premier event
for professionals interested in health IT.
There is no other large-scale event in New
Zealand that focuses on digital health.
The HiNZ Conference provides a cost-effective
and efficient way to reach senior health-IT
decision makers in the healthcare sector.
Digital health is a hot topic in New Zealand
and HiNZ Conference attendance has
grown fast over the past five years.
HiNZ delegates include clinicians, IT professionals,
health sector managers, government, industry,
academics, students, and other NGOs.
HiNZ builds and strengthens connections
between these groups and encourages
the sharing of ideas across the sector.

VENUEClaudelands is a spacious and modern convention
centre, located 90 minutes south of Auckland
Airport, in the regional town of Hamilton.
PROGRAMMEDigital Health Week NZ includes a range of events
and workshops, catering to the various professions
and topics within digital health.
The HiNZ Conference & Exhibition is New
Zealand’s largest digital health event. In 2018 over
1200 delegates attended in Wellington.
HiNZ 2019 sessions run from 1.30pm Wednesday
20 November to 1pm on Friday 22 November.
Prior to HiNZ 2019 there are optional workshops
on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. These
include the eHealth Nursing conference,
eAllied Health conference, Health Care Home
Collaborative Bootcamp, the FHIR/SHOMED
Workshop, and many others.

LOCATIONThe exhibition will be held in Claudelands
Exhibition Halls A+B Arena. This will be the
location for all day catering and tea/coffee for all
Digital Health Week events held during Wed 20
November, Thu 21 November and the morning of
Fri 22 November.
BOOTH DIMENSIONS• Booths are 3m wide x 3m deep
• Booths are built in white octanorm shell
scheme panels for a clean, professional look
• The octanorm panels are 2.48m high
• Panel signage can be custom printed for
you by Peek Exhibition (optional) or you can
attach your own artwork.
• Power supply consists of 1 x 10amp with 4-pin
multi-box
• Lighting with 2 x 150w spotlights per booth
• One fascia strip with your company name
is included in the booth price. It is optional
and can be removed if you prefer. For corner
booths, you may request a second fascia sign
from Peek. They can also provide quotes for
customised signs with your logo.
BOOTH DESIGNYour booth includes no furniture but items can
easily be ordered from our contracted exhibition
supplier Peek Exhibition. They will provide you
with additional information about furniture,
signage and custom designs prior to the event.

recorded professional studio interviews during
Digital Health Week NZ. The interviews will be
broadcast live on TV screens around the venue

be added to the HiNZ webcast library, or if you wish to
