• DDOT will use a two-step, best value process to select a design-build team to construct segments 1 and 2

• During the RFP Phase, Alternate Technical Concepts (ATC’s) will be considered.

• A stipend will be paid to responsive, unsuccessful proposers

• Project estimate is being updated, but expected value of the DB contract is $500 to $600 million (moveable bridge)
