Philosophical Quotes by Swami Vivekananda
Each soul is potentially divine. The goal is to manifest this divinity within, by controllingnature, external and internal. Do this either by work, or worship, or physic control, or all of
these- and be free. This is the whole of the religion. Doctrines, or dogmas, or rituals, or
books, or temples, or forms, are but secondary details.
To succeed, you must have tremendous perseverance, tremendous will. I will drink theocean, says the preserving soul; At my will mountains will crumble up. Have that sort ofenergy, that soul of will; work hard, and you will reach the goal.
This life is short, the vanities of the world are transient, but they alone live who live forothers, the rest are more dead than alive.
The powers of the mind are like the rays of the sun when they are concerned theyillumine.
Women will work out their destinies- much better too, than men can ever do for them. Allthe mischief to women has come because men undertook to shape the destiny of women.

Living Immortality
Use the time of your life, develop your inner happiness. Recognize the impermanence of all other
pleasure, live as a yogi, do your spiritual practices, work as bodhisattva for a happy world. Turn
your world into the paradise sukhvati by unfolding the enlightenment. Energy within you, each
you a spiritual master, who knows the goal of enlightenment, changes your world into a place of
grace. By understanding all the phenomena. As spiritual exercise. Dedicate your actions to the
benefit of all beings and send them the light of happiness. So you can get the energy of light.

Philosophical Poetry: A wake-up song by David
Jurow
It has always so been
God is nowhere seen
Everyone is ruled by gold
Everything bought and sold.....
On the earth and on the sea
In the sky wherever we
Ever take our abode
Everywhere, where the road..
Take us, all we crave the same
Gold and power and fame
We forget what we were made
For by God, and what he bade
Us to do: to fight for him
Till hands weak and mind dim
Did the promethean fire
Get extinguished or just tired?
It has rested too long!
Let us wake with this song!

The teacher was expecting the answer to be HELMET but to her surprise,
he replied, MEHANDI.

Give Respect
Give respect to a woman
Your mother your sister
Your daughter are
There in the woman
A woman is your wife
And producing your children
With much difficulties
And rearing them
Sacrificing everything
Giving you pleasure
At lifes risk
A woman is woman
You men cannot describe
A woman being the product
Of a woman
You just give respect
And beg excuse
I know wrong is with you..

Perfections
A gentleman once visited a temple where he saw a sculptor making an idol lying nearby. Surprised, he
asked the sculptor, Do you need two of the same idol? No said the sculptor without looking up, we
need only one, but the first one got damaged at the last stage. The man examined the idol and found noapparent damage where is the damage?he asked. There is a scratch on the nose of the idol, said the
sculptor, still busy with his work. Where are you going to install the idol? The sculptor replied that it
would installed on the pillar 20 feet high. If the idol is that for, who is going to know that there is scratch
on the nose? the man asked. The sculptor stopped his work, looked up at the gentle man, smiled andsaid, I know it and God knows it. The desire is to excel should be exclusive of the fact whether someone
appreciates it or not. Excellence is daring from inside, not outside. Excel at a task today, not necessarily
for someone else to notice, but for your own satisfaction.

This life Is Made of Time
The life is made of time
And the time is made of seconds
Seconds are more precious
Than silver, gold and diamonds..
No one keep a second
In a bank locker or an almirah
But it could do a wonder
For years or an era.
The greatest wonder is love
A love leave some legends
Seconds are more precious
Than silver, gold and diamonds.
In all the human beings
The same heart is beating
Every time everywhere
The story is repeating
People are parents, children
Wives and husbands
Seconds are more precious
Than silver, gold and diamonds..
Why should I waste a second
In hating or in fighting???
My life is meant for loving,
For singing and reciting
The praises of the one who-
Loves me in hundred, thousands
Seconds are more precious
Than silver, gold and diamonds.

Teachers
Keep up your head
Instead of bowing..
Use your head
Instead of following..
Why to bow?
When you are able enough..
You dont need to
Bow before others..
But, still, if you wish to bow
Bow before your teachers..
Because they are the explorers
Of your hidden talents..
They have that experience
Thats why they are positioned
above God and parents..
