Abstract: This research is a manifestation of some of the efforts of

Algerian scholars in the service of the science of Tajwide El-Quran. It was dedicated to the Sheikhthe reformer Muhammad ibn Mahmoud Ibn al-Annabi al-Jazairi who lived between (1189 AH / 1775) AD and (1267 AH / 1851 AD) ; He was famous beside the different Science he had in fiqh and Hadith and Tafsir and political interpretation; I knew him; then I went to a new aspect of his knowledge was immersed, which is: the science of Tajwide El-Quran; through a study on his book " Attaofiqe wa attassdide fi charh elfaride fi ilm attajweede" a very rare precious manuscript book ; Described, and achieved the title and proportion of the author of Ibn Annabi, and then presented what included the chapters and sections showed through his knowledge science of Tajweed and its issues; as illustrated most important features and types, and features of his way in learning, appeared “Hamdollillah” that the precious participation in the science of Tajweed; one of the most prominent scholars of Algeria at the end of the Ottoman era

and the beginning of the era of the French colonization. Keywords: Ibn al-Annabi, Attaofiqe wa attassdeed,
