Self-‐esteem is a fundamental building block for girls as they develop emotionally,
relationally, academically and physically. Sunstone Counseling is now offering a girl’s self-‐esteem support group, in which girls can learn more about themselves and develop a
stronger sense of self esteem.
Who: For girls ages 14-‐16 What: A self-‐esteem support group for adolescent girls When: Saturdays from noon -‐ 1:30pm Where: Sunstone Counseling in the City of Falls Church Why: To support girls successfully transition and navigate a complicated time in their lives.
