Scottish embassy at the court of Maximilian, k of Rs, at Worms. Its object, as we learn from a report by the Venetian ambassadors at the same court, was to induce Max to enter into a league with SC against EN, promising to support the claims of Perkin Warbeck to crown of EN and of SC for the restoration of Berwick. AMs also suggested a marriage bet J4 & Margaret of Savoy, Max's daughter.

Earl and Countess of Emden want the question of damages by done a Scottish subject referred to the decision of the k of Denmark. Request for a 10 yr peace. SC PC are in favour of peace and say the case should proceed through Scottish courts as prev. offered because 'The realme of Scotland is ane fre realme and alsweill privilegit as any uthair realmeis'. PC rejects allegation that letter of mark was issued to a Scottish subject.
