Appointment Review Committee

Upon hiring a tenure-track faculty member, the College convenes an Appointment Review Committee or ARC.

The ARC engages in a rigorous 360-degree assessment of tenure-track faculty.

The formation of the ARC and the tenure review process are governed by Washington State law and by the faculty collective bargaining agreement.
