Food has become one of our national obsessions, from how to impress your guests with a Sunday lunch, to the foodie influencers we follow, to the images we post. Yet, whilst we may talk and think about food more than ever before, we‘re not always quite as adventurous as we could be in how we talk about it – whether that’s taste, texture, or even smell. With this in mind, in collaboration with Sainsbury’s, I’ve created the Taste Dictionary: 101 ways to describe each mouthful, to help inspire and encourage us to be more descriptive when we talk about food. Good food is one of my own passions, and I’ve found that in creating this dictionary, I’m appreciating what I’m eating just that little bit more.
