The regular monthly meeting of die Ticonderoga Historical Society will be held on Monday, Jan. 2.8, at 8 P.M., at the Hancock Building, Montcalm Street.
The program m be held is the same program mat was scheduled for last month and was cancelled. It is entitled "Early Medicine" and covers die period from the Revolution through die 1800 s .
Refreshments will be served, and the public is urged to attend.
The members of the Ticonderoga Church of die Cross have asked all area residents to make a note on dieir calendars for some good eating during the month of February.
The date is Tuesday, Feb. 26, and the event is a pancake supper to be held in die Par ish House.
There will be more details in the coming weeks but put diis good eating date on your calendars.

The Senior Citizens of T i conderoga held their monthly s o cial evening on Tuesday, Jan. 15. Many thanks to all the members who donated the food diat was served and enjoyed by all, and to all the ladies who so generously helped out in the kitchen. The next meeting of the club will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 7:30 P.M. in the Club rooms at the civic center.

Mark Moran, Black Point Road, Ticonderoga, has been accepted for admission in February to the State University Agricultural and Technical College at Delhi. He will study Horticulture.
Mark graduated from Ticonderoga High School, Class of 1973 and is the son of Mr. and Mrs . Martin Moran.
Delhi College , one of the State University's colleges, offers degrees in the Associate of Applied Science in Business Management, Agriculture, Engineering Technologies, and Hotel, Restaurant and Food Services Management, a transfer A.S. degree in Engineering Science, and a University Parallel transfer A.A. degree in Liberal Arts.
Tom Bigelow, son of Mr. and Mrs . Galen E. Bigelow, Pinnacle Street, Ticonderoga has been named to the Dean's List at P l -attsburgh State College.

Miss Paterson was well known in Putnam where she vacationed each summer widi relatives.
An ardent worker in die P r e s byterian church she attended die Silver Bay Association for many years as a delegate. She taught school the greater part of her l i fe in The Hewlett schools.
Survivors include diree s i s t e r s , Miss Gladys Paterson, Hewlett, with whom she lived, Mrs . Irene Francisco, Hewlett, Mrs . Florence Jolly, Los Angeles, CaL also several cousins.
