Things to Avoid:

PowerPoint ChecklistPowerPoint Checklist

• Do not ungroup charts. When charts are ungrouped, they lose all editing functions. When numbers change, the chart has to be recreated.

• Avoid the use of red in charts, especially financial charts. Red has a negative connotation.
