DESCRIPTION The Rostek RS133D -track is designed to carry suspended access equipment according to EN1808. The minimum radius for bent tracks is 500mm. The bracket span should be checked for each project individually (typically 2.5 – 3.2m). The track can also be used to support traversing gantries or ladders or roof trolleys. Only Rostek trolleys (manual, electrical or spreader bar) can be used for the RS133D track.

DESCRIPTION The manual trolley RS133D-M is used for monorail systems for simple building layouts. It is used to carry suspended access equipment according to EN1808. The trolley is moved by pulling from the track, pushing from the facade or moving from the ground level. It is equipped with two eye bolts, one green for the suspension wire and one red for the safety wire. Further it allows travelling around a building corner with a minimum radius of 500mm, for which the cradle should be on the ground level. The trolley can be delivered with or without screw brake. The trolley has been designed and tested according to EN1808.

DESCRIPTION The motorised trolley RS133D-E is used for Rostek RS133D monorail. It is used to carry suspended access equipment according to EN1808 or gantries. The trolley is moved by controls from the cradle and is equipped with two suspension holes, one for the suspension wire and one for the safety wire. Further it allows travelling around corners with a minimum radius of 500 mm. The trolley can be delivered with a one way, a two way or without a limit switch. The trolley has been designed and tested according to EN1808.

DESCRIPTION The spreader bar trolley is a special trolley assembly which can be used to traverse a BMU2 around a building corner in the air without touching the façade. Depending on the distance between track and facade, the distance between the trolleys is between 1.0m – 1.3m. The bracket span should be checked for each project individually. The spreader bar trolley is used with the BMU 2 cradle. The spreader bar trolley is equipped with a two way limit switch or without limit switch. The spreader bar trolley is designed and tested according to EN 1808 regulations.

HORIZONTAL ROSTEK MONORAIL SYSTEM
Monorail tracks and trolleys are used for suspending Rostek BMU cradles. BMU1 requires one trolley
and BMU2 (in photo) requires two trolleys for operation. BMU1 is rated for one person or 120kg and
BMU2 is rated for 2 persons or 250kg.
