residential demolition inspection request. Failure to provide the information, may delay the issuance of
the demolition permit. Please understand that Denver Forestry is monitoring the project from the
demolition phase through its completion, so the information is important and necessary. In some cases,
the information requested may be redundant ... the owner may be the main contact, the general
contractor may be the main contact or some other contact may have dual roles. All tree work performed
on the property must be performed by a tree contractor who's licensed and insured in Denver County.
