HistoryIn 1986, Wittman Farms leased the Boys &Girls Clubs of the Lewis Clark Valley the useof a small section of the family’s mountainproperty to utilize for a camp. Since thosefirst summers in tents, Camp Wittman hasexpanded with volunteer help to includea lodge, bunkhouses, outhouses, showerhouses, covered campfire area, kitchen anddining area, water system, solar power plusother amenities. • “1

Natural ResourceCenterSince 1986 Camp Wittman facilities havenurtured a conceptual natural resourceeducational theme. This allows the naturalresource industries the opportunity to teachlocal students the importance of integratingagriculture, timber, water resourcedevelopment, and wildlife management ina systems approach.

LodgeConstructed in 1997, this lodge is idealfor classroom settings, group meetingsand has a great fireplace setting andupstairs sleeping loft. The lodge alsohas solar power, so bring your laptopsand videos for workshops or retreats.

BunkhousesSeparate cabins for boys & girls hold up to10 individuals per cabin. Lighted outhousesfor each cabin and shower facilities are alsoavailable.

Kitchen andCook’s CabinCamp Wittman has a well-equipped kitchen,including a barbecue, stove and propanefridges. Campers can enjoy their meals in acovered eating area. The cook even has aprivate bunk house, to relax at the end ofthe day.
