Under my leadership, my team achieved its highest engagement survey scores and surpassed our company goals for the first time. As head of the safety committee, I led the store to its longest incident-free streak and a top-ten in the company. Additionally, I was selected to serve on regional and national project teams concerned with improving engagement. I have led a regional initiative to increase development by utilizing talent within our company as subject matter experts for various topics in need of additional training. I also developed a wellness program that rolled out regionally to more than 15,000 associates.
