• There is no Intelligent Territory if there are not smart-citizens….• Living Labs becomes a real paradigm• Intelligent Territory helps us to generate open and cross innovation• Identity and sense of ownership is crucial for aggregating territories…• There are not borders• Still learning innovation through living labs
