• School Wide- RtI; Remediation daily (30 min.); Monthly RtI Day

• PLCs led by each leader 1 day a week (Brandie, Tara, Mindi, and Tammye).

• Common Planning Time

• Departmentalized Instruction in grades 2-6

• Singapore Math: Math in Focus, LLI, Edmentum, Accelerated Reading, Reading Eggs/Express, MySkillsTutor, TypetoLearn, Istation, 2nd Step; Step Up to Writing

• Continuing TESS/LEADS, Classroom Walkthroughs, Mentoring, and instructional

• 4 year PreK (2 classrooms); ALE (HOPE program); ELL (afterschool tutoring)

• High quality professional development (Singapore, Heinmann, Technology)

• Emphasis on improving technology, feedback to teachers, and training

• Continuing to encourage parents (WATCHDOGS, Wednesday Morning Readers, Room Moms, Muffins for Moms, Donuts for Dad, Gravy for Grands, etc.)

• Honor Assemblies, Field Trips, Programs for Students, Science Fair, School Spirit, etc.
