Drafting Team Members
• Represent their industry segment and organization
• Provide knowledge and expertise
• Provide segment feedback on standard development activities
• Provide response to comments of the industry on proposed standards
• Educate industry on standards developmentprocess

Registered Ballot Body
• To vote on standards projects, organization must first be a RBB member.
• To be an RBB member you must:Qualify for one of the 10 stakeholder segmentsRegister with NERC to become part of RBBCan register for all segments that apply to your organization, some restrictions for affiliated companies etc.

Ballot Pool
• To vote on a particular standard, a RBB membermust sign-up for specific ballot pool during openrequest period.
• Announcement made at least 30-days prior to ballot for ballot pool participants.
• Weighted Segment Voting is the official mechanism to determine consensus for a standard.
