New Unconditional Home/EU: Full Time UG/PG/PGCE/ & Distance Learners – no restrictions Returning students – no restrictions Part Time PG- no restrictions New Conditional International: Full Time, Erasmus, JYA – on

campus (after presenting documents to Admissions) SITS Status

RPR (provisionally enrolled) students can register RCD (conditional), RHL* (results held), RDB (debtor)

students cannot register When?

Opens Monday 21 September, closes Friday 16 October. Late fee = £50

Post-Registration Processes• After 16 October RPR status changed to “Not Registered” (RNR)• IT access withdrawn from next working day• ‘No shows’ (year 1 RCD, RNR) investigated by Registry•Schools encouraged to run Oracle report to identify non registrations.• Any special cases to be discussed with Registry

Late Arrivals and Tier 4

• After 16 October all records to RNR• Student notifies School/Admissions/International Office of date• Email to: registry@exeter.ac.uk

Subject: Late ArrivalInclude: name, student number, arrival

date• Registry amend to RPR & record late arrival date in SPR

UDF12. • Deadline for schools to notify = 23 October

After this date the student will be reported to the UKBA as not in attendance.
