–Art. 88 of the Accident Insurance Law (1984)

–a) Insurers promote the prevention of non-occupational-accident.

–b) Together they actuate an institution, which

– - contributes to non-occupational-accident prevention through

public awareness and general safety measures

– - coordinates similar efforts.

–Financing non-occupational-accident prevention

–a) Surcharge on non-occupational-accident insurance premium

(0,7% of netto-premium)

–b) collected through insurers (payed by employers)

–c) Level of the surcharge is determined by the government
