Brought to our attention in early November; asked to write a “short & snappy response”.

Wrote up bullet points in response; submitted to Team leaders next day; written up following day as letter requesting on-air reply or opportunity to address in future program as part of panel.

Letter went to NPR 3 days later (no response).
