Dear Parents/Caregivers,
Staffing News
Mrs Houston has been successful in getting a transfer closer to
home. We are very sad to lose her but understand how important it
is for her to be close to home so she gets more time with her two
beautiful girls. We would like to thank Mrs Houston for all her hard
work over the years, it is great to have been blessed with such a
hard-working and dedicated teacher.
Dojo Fun!
Last week I had a great time playing hockey with Tilysha (and 2/3G
and 3/4R). We had some mini challenges and we were quite evenly
matched! I also had the pleasure of working with Stephanie and
helping her to learn about the different views of 3D shapes.
Stephanie and I had some lovely chats with her table friends as we
completed our work.
Busy Office Week
This week we are having a 3 day audit. I would like to thank Mrs
Astles and Mrs Sharp for all their hard work in getting ready for
this audit. Please be mindful of this happening and be patient at the
office if the ladies are busy.
Concert Time!!!
I can’t believe it is already Week 7 and the concert is upon us! I am
looking forward to seeing the whole school community on Thursday
evening and enjoying watching together our talented students.
Check the calendar
We have lots of events coming up in the final weeks of the year,
please check the dates in the newsletter to ensure you don’t miss
out. This week’s main events are the Concert and our 2018 Prefect
Speeches.
Have a great week everyone!

The Wyee Mix Up Dress Rehearsal
Tomorrow, Tuesday 21st November, all students will be participating in a dress rehearsal for
our school concert, ‘The Wyee Mix Up’. If your child is required to bring something in for their
costume they will need this item tomorrow and Thursday for the concert. Your child’s teacher
will have sent a note home with the items for your child’s costume. Most classes are using
costumes from our costume shed.
The dress rehearsal for students will begin at 9.45am. Parents are not required to attend as we
would like to maintain a surprise for the night.
