Lessons learned

• It takes two to tango• And two of relatively similar strengths

• In case of imbalance, bring another suitable partner in• An incubation time is necessary

• Duration varies according to context / situation• Ensure to have respective stakes and responsibilities clearly

laid out right from the first negotiation• Make sure to strike the deal when momentum is at its peak

• Waiting due to admin reasons is a killer
