A few of the projects I have been a part over the last several years.

Robeson County Department of Social Services Building

• LEED Silver Certified construction management project completed on time and under budget.

• 105,000 square feet of Social Services Complex• The building includes a Juvenile Court and a training room with 400

seats and is used for all Robeson County administrative trainings

Robeson County Emergency Operations Center

• This 20,000 square foot structure for Robeson County houses Emergency Management Services, a 911 communications call center, and the Sheriff's Department Drug Enforcement Division.

• A CM project with full preconstruction services, Metcon also assisted the Owner in managing the procurement and installation coordination for the communications and technology package in the building.

• Unique features include: raised access flooring throughout the communications suite, high security interrogation and evidence rooms, and a training room with audio/visual package.

Progress Energy Restack Project

• 17 story restack project of the Progress Energy Building in downtown Raleigh. Current contract value is just under $20M. Project is targeting LEED Silver certification.

Cumberland County Detention Center Expansion

• 316 bed addition to existing Detention Center. This $14M project includes a maximum security segregation unit, being built by Metcon-Balfour Beatty, a joint venture including both construction and preconstruction services.
