Immusoft’s mission is to develop a breakthrough autologous cell therapy platform for treating a variety of human diseases through a proprietaryImmune System Programming (ISP™) technology. The ISP™ technology can effectively re-programme a patient’s own cells to become miniature drug factories in the body.
This hybrid cell/gene therapy approach uses a clinically validated, non-viral vector for safe, reliable insertion of functional genes into immune cells using the Sleeping Beauty (SB) transposon system.

The NC-200™ is the only automated cell counter on the market that does not require regular maintenance or inter-instrument calibration. Each instrument is precisely calibrated to our master instrument before delivery and requires no future recalibration. To demonstrate this unique capability we have compared five different NC-200s at five different users.
Using serial dilutions ranging from 4x106 – 0.125x106 cells/ml, we show that the linearity of these counts all have R2 values > 0.997. In addition, the inter-instrument variation has CV values below 10% for most cell concentrations with the majority being less than 5%. Even at the lowest concentrations, the CV is less than or similar to that expected from a Poisson probability distribution.

The NucleoCounter® NC-200™ is a high precision automated cell counter utilizing state-of-the-art image cytometry. With user adaptable protocols and specialized assays for aggregated cells and cells on microcarriers, the NC-200™ provides an all-in-one solution for cell counting and cell viability determinations.
The NC-200 is the only automated cell counter on the market that does not require regular maintenance or inter-instrument calibration. Each instrument is precisely calibrated to our master instrument before delivery. No future recalibration is required. The NC-200™ is also designed to limit human interference in counting. The Via1-Cassette™ includes an in-built pipette and the immobilized fluorescent dyes, acridine orange and DAPI, automatically stain the total and dead cell populations respectively. As a result, all errors introduced during pipetting and staining are avoided.
