Activity: Chain Fairy Tale

Once upon a time…

Chain Fairy Tale • The chain fairy tale consisted in the students breaking

up into groups of 5-6 people. Desks were accommodated in a circle.

• Each student had a loose leaf piece of paper and a pencil.

• Students had to write a short story about anything they wanted, but they had only one minute to do it. After each minute (counted by the teacher with a stop watch) the students had to pass their papers to the person on their right and continue writing on the new story they got.

• In the end it is fun to share the wacky tales they come up with in a short amount of time and under an extreme time crunch.
