Poor harvest

Little chance of education in the countryside

Floods damage land and houses

Poor harvest• In agriculture, the use of modern machine is still very

limited. In the same time, we produce less than the countries which make use of machines

• Besides, our country has a tropical climate.

• There are many kinds of pest which do harm to our plants

We also usually have hoarfrost, drought, flood,..

All above leads to a poor harvest and farmers can be at a loss

• In breeding animals, farmers still lack a good knowledge, they rarely take advantage of machine, internet,or instruction books…

the outcome is our stock die.

Next one is the finance lack to improve old farms

• We want to go up but tip 1 and tip2 keeps holding us back, it’s like a circle

• Banks are quite tentative to lend farmers loan- they fear that farmer can not pay them back later, and they devise many complicated borrowing procedures which tires our farmers

The education system does not meet the demand of the community• Not enough schools are being built while the old ones are way below the standard• Most of schools are too far from the student’s house

• There is also a shortage of good teachers • The universities are mostly located in big cities

Disaters occur from time to time after heavy rain, and they can cause terrible damage to farmland, home and other property.• From 1 to 6 October 2010, flooding in Viet Nam caused severe loss and damage, particularly in the most isolated communes
