Project reviewed by SJ&S Criteria• High labor content• Limited capital, Funding <$10,000• Remodeling / upgrading vs. new construction• Completion with less than 250 man hours, 2-4 weekends • Utilize skills of the SJ&S Team;

• Carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical, cleaning, organizing, general labor, etc.
