THE SERVE Server must serve from behind
the restraining line ( end line )until after contact.
Ball may be served underhand oroverhand.

Maximum of three hits per
side. Player may not hit the balltwice in succession ( A block
is not considered a hit ). Ball may be played off the
net during a volley and onserve.

A legal hit is contact with theball by a player body above and
including the waist which doesnot allow the ball to visiblycome to a rest.
If two or more players contactthe ball simultaneously, it isconsidered one play and the
