The educational technology doctoral program prepares students for leadership roles by focusing on research, pedagogy, diversity, technology and agency. Graduates apply their educational technology expertise in scholarly communities at national and international levels. Courses in this program are delivered in hybrid formats, including face-to-face and online. Some courses in this program may be delivered in hybrid formats, including face-to-face and online. However, a substantial physical presence on campus each semester is required.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTSTo be considered for admission to the program, applicants must have:
Z Master’s degree from an accredited institution with at least a 3.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
Z MAT composite raw score of at least 400 OR Z GRE combined score (verbal and quantitative) of at least 300
and 4.5 on the analytical scale

FINANCIAL SUPPORTThose who apply for admission by the priority deadline may also apply for a graduate assistantship. Students employed full time in an assistantship and enrolled full time for the academic term are eligible to receive a tuition waiver. Tuition waivers do not cover the cost of fees.
Currently enrolled graduate students who are pursuing degrees through the OSU College of Education, Health and Aviation are also eligible for EHA scholarships. For more information, please visit education.okstate.edu/scholarships.
