• To study about the history of the organization• To know how the resources of organization are

managed• To get an idea about structure of the organization• To know about the functioning of each department• To know about the process of recruitment and

selection of manpower• To know about its future ventures

METHODOLOGY

• Primary data- Primary data were collected by conducting direct interview with departmental heads, managerial heads, managerial staffs and ground level staffs. Data were collected by direct observation also.

• Secondary data- Those are collected from the company’s records, magazines, websites, and personnel manuals of the company

LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

• To understand an organization and its working completely, a period of 30 days was not sufficient

• The company by policy never reveals its financial information and this limits the exhaustiveness of the study.

• The detailed data of other companies related to the same business could not be obtained and hence a comparative study was not possible.

• Most of the employees were busy with their jobs so much interaction was not possible.
