Our UK based claims management service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing our customers and clients accident management services, whilst many insurance providers are closed.
Our highly trained and experienced inbound and outbound claims handlers manage First Notification Of Loss (FNOL), where customer safety is a priority. Obtaining full incident details, we arrange recovery of vehicles and Third Party Capture services in one smooth transition.
Our dedicated team of in house pet claims specialists operate 24 hours a day, acting from first response and throughout the claim, o�ering expertise as well as a registered veterinary nurse for technical advice.
