Learner Objectives After a week of evaluative play:

The learner will be able to list 4 ways his personal motivation has changed, either solo or among his peers, and to verbally discuss whether that motivation is internal (intrinsic) or external.

The learner will also be able to verbally discuss skills and tactics of informal leadership working towards common goals. How does that look and feel in their (probably chaotic) personal lives?

The learner will be able to verbally evaluate and reflect on unexpected and difficult situations, knowing there are ways to find solutions that are creative and practical. Live is messy. We have to deal with it.

Problem-Based Game Play

For each game play, several answers would work, but best choices earn more points.

Trade points for Forces. (So, earn gravity, dude!)

Tension comes from the decision process.

You need to get that pile of rocks off your buddy. Which power-up would be the smartest to use?

1. Wind2. Speed3. Gravity4. Pulleys

(Context clue: There is a rope lying there and branched trees standing nearby)

Congratulations

Pulleys earns you 2 points of Forces. Use the rope and branches.

Click here for a diagram of what it looks like.

Gravity earns you 1 point, but it is really anti-gravity that you need.
